What is The Daily Increase?

We’ve all been there before: you try to lose a bunch of weight or gain muscle by a certain date. Or maybe you want to save up for that big purchase, vacation, or special event. You start off strong losing the pounds, putting on the muscle, growing your savings – and then it all falls apart. After a lifetime of experiencing this I decided enough was enough, and I began to consume all forms of personal development content. And I started to try to change my life in meaningful ways – it didn’t happen overnight, and the one thing I’ve realized is that this is a marathon and not a sprint. You need to improve your life a little every day – incrementally – for the changes to stick and become lasting.
The Daily Increase is a way to help you reach your goals by making small changes each day. By sharing blog posts, podcast interviews, and other content you will become empowered to make significant changes in your life so that you can have the life you’ve always wanted.

Who is Juan Artigas?

A licensed pilot, published researcher, professional photographer, and life coach – I have spent a lifetime in various careers, learning some hard lessons, and inadvertently building up a set of experiences that I feel can help others.
